I continue to explore how badly Bearers are treated, in ways that are honestly not too far off from some historical reality of the mistreatment of slaves.

I take on a few more side quests.

I need some help to get through a checkpoint.

I get another source of side quests.

I learn the fate of the missing Bearer.

I start some more side quests for the hideout.

Cid points out a truth about the Blight.

Cid is framed for Benedikta’s death, and I take out an Imperial Death Squad.

It’s time to get control of Ifrit.

I start the Fire Eikon gauntlet.

We return to Phoenix Gate Castle, and follow the hooded man.

I come to the aid of one of Clint’s father’s old retainers.

We encounter an old friend from before everything went to crap.

I help the Bearer fake his death, before we cross the bridge.

I take on a side quest to help a Bearer get to safety.

I save the town carpenter before learning the eventual fate of Bearers.

We start to make our way back home.

We have a chat with a moogle, and do a couple side-quests.

We save Gav, and have a revelation about Clive’s Brother.

We go to meet up with Gav.

Clive has to cope with having, possibly, killed his brother.

Clive throws down with Benedickta, but learns a horrible truth.
