This week I’m giving my thoughts on the game Rayman: Origins.
Also, because it didn’t really take that long to talk about the game, I’m also giving my thoughts on this year’s nominees for Best Fancast at the Hugo Awards, including my pick for the winner. Read more
This week I’m taking a look at Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception… and, since I had time to spare, I also take a look at this year’s Hugo Award nominated novels.
I apologize for the technical difficulties – I was having difficulties capturing video from my webcam.
Well, it’s been a long time since my last video review, but I’m back, and I’m taking a look at El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron.

This week I’ve got an editorial for you all, thanks to the embarassment of news riches that were worth ranting about. First I have a discussion on the reveal that “Mega Man” would appear in Street Fighter X Tekken, and then I have a discussion about the Used Game Debate, and whether the Occupy movement should get involved. (Hint: The answer is yes.)
This week I’m getting topical with rants about the “Mega Man’s” appearance in Street Fighter X Tekken, and on the Used Games discussion that Gabe of Penny Arcade started on Twitter – and in particular with a call to Occupy E3.
This week I have another review of a game in the Gears of War series, with my thoughts on Gears of War 3.

After taking a break for the holidays, I’ve got a video game review for you of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It’s not the best game in the history of gaming… but you can see it from here.

This week I give my thoughts on this year’s Spike Video Game Awards – an awards show so bad, that my camera and the Gods Themselves conspired to save me from having to do a video about that steaming pile of crap.
This week I have another video game review – as I take a look at the last title to come out of Bizarre Creations, James Bond 007: Blood Stone.

This week I’m going off on another rant, as I discuss the opinion voiced by the International Red Cross about depictions of war crimes in video games, as well as giving a call to action on the Stop Online Piracy Act.
This week I’ve got another video game review, and one of a current video game – Goldeneye 007 Reloaded for the Xbox 360.
Sorry for this review taking so long to go up – when I originally downloaded the gameplay footage from Skorch82 for this video review, it was somehow corrupted – which meant I couldn’t convert it from FLV, which meant I couldn’t edit it in properly. Thus, I had to re-download all the video on the fly while I was editing the video. Hence the delay. However, the work is done and now my review is presented for your consideration.
Now, without further ado, I prevent my review of Gears of War 2. Enjoy!

Blizzard went and did something stupid again, at Blizzcon. I talk about it and give my thoughts.
This week I’m back after a computer failure-related absence, I’m back, with a new camera, and a new microphone. Unfortunately, I don’t have editing software as yet, so I’m going with a one-take, this time. Hopefully I’ll have some editing software by my next episode. This week I have a review of Blur for the Xbox 360, by Bizarre Creations. Read more

Another week, another video review, this time covering the only licensed game based on the Bourne franchise.
I will be doing my usual show this week, but first I want to give a few thoughts on the whole Gamestop Deus Ex thing. Due to file-size reasons, this is a YouTube Exclusive!
It’s Saturday, so it’s time for another video. This time I’ve got another video game review for one of what is widely regarded as the best series on the Xbox 360. Read more
We got a few recent news stories recently about Diablo 3 which I wanted to address now while they’re still topical.
After a long break between video game reviews, I’m back with a review of Record of Agarest War for the Xbox 360 and PS3. I’m also using a new video editing program, Sony Vegas, for this video, so bear with me as I work on improving the sound and picture quality in future installments.
I’m taking a break from Analog Computing this week to instead take a look at the first issue of Computer Gaming World, for November-December of 1981.
We start off with an ad from SSI, hyping their port of their Civil War Strategy game “Battle of Shiloh” and the World War II game “Battle of the Bulge: Tigers in the Snow.” It’s kind of interesting. Nowadays we’re used to strategy games which will take either larger battles or even campaigns and allow the player to control them from the strategic level all the way down to the tactical level, like with the Total War games. Whereas here, on the other hand, you’re either on the strategic level, or the tactical level. If you’re on the tactical level you’re controlling a fairly generic fight or only one battle, and if you’re on the strategic level you’re either controlling a massive battle (like the Battle of the Bulge), or you’re controlling an entire theater of operations. Well, my original plan of reviewing King Kong didn’t pan out for reasons I explain in the video. Instead, I’m giving my thoughts on the film 9 Songs.
