Tim crashed on his bed in his costume after returning from patrol, forcing him to scrable to cover the situation when the housekeeper brings in fresh clothes.

Tim showers and gets dressed, and then he and Bruce meet Jack Drake’s plane at the airport. While they’re at arrivals, Bruce mentions to Tim that he’s planning to continue his retirement. So, once Jack has been dropped off at home and is settled, Tim tells Bruce – “So… about that–”

Bruce and Tim react to the outside of Wayne Manor.

This leads toe Bruce & Robin going to the Batcave and confronting Azrael. Azrael overpowers Bruce, before leaving in the Batmobile.

Azrael confronts Bruce over not killing Poison Ivy, The Riddler, and the Joker.
If I had a dollar every time someone on the internet (and presumably at this time in fanzines) made this argument…

Robin gives chase in the Redbird, but Azrael is more willing to endanger the public, so Robin backs off.

Tim & Bruce discuss this, and Bruce decides he needs to go to Lady Shiva to get the rust off – as the issue, and Knightquest ends.
